MGMT 375 - NegotiationsThis course focuses on the behavioral aspect of human resources, specifically negotiations. The course covers the broad spectrum of negotiations from common negotiations that occur in everyday life (e.g. buying/selling a car, negotiation a job offer, etc.) to specific labor-management negotiations. In addition to studying the subject from a theoretical and empirical standpoint, students will participate in a variety of in-class role-plays and simulations, and complete a personal negotiation project outside of class.
