MGMT 752 - Lean Leadership

The course is designed to assist students with understanding how to appropriately apply lean tools in an organization as a leader. Additional emphasis associated with how to manage and identify employee's development needs, creating appropriate organization training plans, and developing an internal coaching/mentor program will be included. This assists an organization with the creation of a positive horizontal and vertical flow that effectively supports an organizational transformation that aligns purpose, processes and people. Typically offered Fall, Spring, Summer.
