MKTG 718 - Sales Leadership


This course examines motivating a salesforce, compensation plans, training, territory management, and organizational leadership, using analytical data. Students will generate sales forecast data, formulate strategies for sales teams, and examine current sales technology. Role-play exercises are used along with video and audio recording. Typically offered Spring and Summer.
