MKTG 720 - Sales Techniques & Negotiation


This course extends existing knowledge of the sales process to include complex buying centers and advanced negotiation tactics. This course examines sources of analytical data used in sales and incorporates sales analytics into planning and implementing sales calls. Students will participate in live and recorded role plays to demonstrate understanding of sales and negotiation techniques. Typically offered Spring and Summer.
