Buying Behavior in a Digital Environment uses marketing analytics to turn data in sights into actionable business strategies. Students explore how buying behavior is influenced by contemporary trends in artificial intelligence, online advertising, omni channel selling, e-commerce, online reviews, and social media influencers. There is a focus on consumer analytics and insight, using qualitative Netnography research. Requires Graduate status. Typically Offered Spring and even year summers.
