PHAR 811 - Community APPEThis course will provide the student an opportunity to refine basic and develop advanced skills needed for the delivery of patient-centered pharmacy services in the community setting. The student will develop competency in the following critical elements: communication with practitioners and patients, assessment and monitoring of drug therapy, health promotion, disease state management, patient education and effective pharmacy management.
