PLSC 331 - Comparative World Governments


Government and politics of major Western and non-Western world powers. Designed to give students a better understanding of American politics through comparisons with the politics of major world powers. The characteristics of other kinds of governments and nondemocratic governments will be provided, and a comparative evaluation of political developments in other parts of the world will be made. This course meets General Education requirements: Social Awareness, Global Consciousness, Race/Ethnicity/Gender Issues and new Fall 2017 Global Diversity, US Diversity and Self and Society.
