PPET 193 - Industrial Internship


This course places students into an industrial setting for 10 weeks of supervised, on-the-job training with a plastics/rubber manufacturer, processor, or related firm. The professional experience that the student will receive is a combined effort of the training site, university, and student. Students will be involved in the production of polymeric products and the daily activities of engineers in the plastics/rubber industry. Typically offered Fall, Spring and Summer.
