PROJ 325 - Agile Project Management

Students will explore agile project methodologies. Agile project management will be compared and contrasted to traditional project management. The Scrum framework will be incorporated into the planning, organizing, delivering, and motivating agile project teams to deliver business value. The roles and responsibilities of a Scrum team (product owner, scrum master, and team) will be defined, analyzed and applied to a project. Typically offered Fall, Spring, Summer
