PROJ 350 - Project SchedulingThis course will build on project management fundamentals and evaluate various project management techniques used to build project schedules including time estimation, PERT, critical path, critical chain, and the use of float and buffers. This course will also examine cost estimating techniques and project budget preparation. Lastly, this course will review risk management tools and techniques including risk identification, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies.
