PUBH 330 - Environmental Health & Safety


Environmental health professionals provide a first line of defense against public health hazards caused by the contamination of air, water, soil, and food. This course will provide an overview of environmental and occupational health and safety, followed by an exploration of how and why environmental and occupational standards and guidelinesare established. The course will also address specific issues, exposures, and hazards within the field. Typically offered: Spring.
