RMIN 483 - Insurance Agency OperationsExamines the basic principles of insurance agency formation and operational environment including principles of organizational management, sales management, and production plans. Agency marketing considerations are addressed including insurance carrier relationships, public image, agency growth, customer communications, and insurance market segmentation.
