CITS 365 - Managing Information Technology Operations

In this course the student will learn to apply industry best practices to design and manage information systems and technology operations within an enterprise environment, including the use of metrics and reporting skills to manage information technology management services and performance. Students will apply skills in business, finance and accounting to implement and manage information technology services and resources.
