EAET 216 - Non-Linear Electronics I

This course will introduce students to semiconductors beginning with the diode and expanding to three terminal devices in both switching and amplifying applications. The Diode, Bipolar Junction Transistor, and Junction Field Effect Transistor in small signal and power devices will be explored in singular and multistage circuits. The course will culminate in a lab-based semester design project that will be built and demonstrated. Written and oral communication are an integral part of this course
