EXSI 202 - Introduction to Fitness and Wellness


This course provides an overview of the concepts of physical fitness, conditioning principles, and appropriate exercise and health practices for lifelong fitness and wellness. The course includes lecture and physical fitness testing. Topics covered include health-related fitness components, nutrition, stress management, and behavior change as it relates to maintaining and improving health andfitness.  Typically offered in Fall and Spring.
