EXSI 301 - Foundations of Exercise Physiology Lab


This laboratory course provides hands-on experience in the methods and techniques used to study physiological responses and adaptations to exercise. Complementing the theoretical concepts covered in exercise physiology lectures, this lab course emphasizes practical application and experiential learning. Students will engage in a variety of experiments and assessments to explore key physiological systems, including cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular, and metabolic systems. Typically offered in Fall and Spring.
