EXSI 400 - Principles of Strength and Conditioning


Students will develop knowledge and practical skills necessary to design and implement strength and conditioning programs for athletes and for healthy non-athletes. Emphasis is placed on applying principles from anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition to exercise technique, program design, testing and evaluation to strength and conditioning. Typically offered in Fall.
