LDSP 200 - Leadership Resilience PrinciplesThis course invites the student on a journey of personal exploration, understanding, and development with the explicit goal of leading the student on a path to increasing their resilience as a leader. This course will provide students an overview of the leadership resilience field and an analysis of major factors that can ensure leadership excellence and an optimal human functioning at work with positive effects on personal and career well-being. This course will challenge students to engage with the core topics and foundational theories of leadership resilience, and to investigate the impact of leadership resilience on themselves and their followers.
