LDSP 300 - Adaptive Leadership


A high level of flexible and adaptive leadership is considered a necessity with the fastpace of change in organizations and businesses. Applying the appropriate leadership skills that seek innovativeways to solve problems and inspires team engagement is essential with any type of organizational change.Throughout the course, students will complete various competency based leadership assessments that will assist inbuilding their leadership skills, knowledge and abilities. Students will learn how to adapt to the changing externalpressures facing an organization and improve decision-making using experiential learning. At the end of the course,students will know how to apply different types of feasible leadership models and practice skills that fosteremployee trust, collaboration, fairness, engagement, growth and, strategy achievement for an organization.
