OSCM 305 - Supply Chain Innovation and Optimization


An organization's ability to foster a culture of innovation can have a significant impact on the business operations and performance. In this course, students will learn how to use the tools that support network modeling and quantitative analysis. Through a variety of application based assignments, students will design, develop and implement an agile supply chain that optimizes the efficient use of an organization's resources. Student will also learn essential information about supply chain security, supply chain dynamics, risk analysis and assessment methods for measuring an innovation portfolio.
