CONM 374 - Construction Relations


The study of human interaction (soft) skills within the construction industry including communication and conflict resolution, presentation, teams, leadership, mental health and safety, employee burnout and work/life balance. Students will learn the importance of communication skills in career development and how to utilize those skills. Students will also look at preserving the construction workforce through mental health safety topics and training.Typically offered in Fall, Spring and Summer
