CHEM 364 - Biochemistry


A rigorous course in the chemistry of such biomolecules as amino acids, polypeptides, proteins and enzymes, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids. The structure/function relationships of these biomolecules will be stressed and the biosynthetic and biodegradative pathways discussed. Credit will not be given for both CHEM 324  and CHEM 364.
