EDUC 630 - School Law


The course will use fundamental legal principles found in federal and state law, the constitutions of the United States and Michigan, case law and regulations to inform and prepare the student to apply the law to school administration. These topics will be explored through the domains of leadership, management, risk management, and futuring. Outcomes include an analysis of current school handbooks in relation to these concepts.
