FMAN 451 - Plan - Budget for Operations


A survey of the operating systems within facilities, and the methodologies used to keep those systems operational. Introduction to concepts such as life cycle costs, value engineering and building diagnostics will be introduced along with methods for estimating and planning staff and financial resources.
