HIST 310 - US History since 1945


Course will focus on major historical events and trends from WWII to the present. Emphasis will be placed on topics such as the Cold War, Baby Boomers, Civil Rights, women's rights, student protest, Vietnam War,the Reagan revolution, and recent events. These topics allow students to explore issues of race, gender, and cultural bias.. This course meets General Education requirements: Cultural Enrichment, and new Fall 2017 Culture.
