MSCI 311 - Adaptive Team Leadership

Challenges students to study, practice, and evaluate adaptive leadership skills as they are in challenging scenarios. These scenarios are related to small unit tactical operations and used to develop self awareness and critical thinking skills. Students receive systematic and specific feedback on their leadership abilities. Students at this level begin to analyze and evaluate their own leadership values, attributes, skills and actions. Primary attention is given to the development of leadership abilities. Physical fitness required 3-5 days a week. Typically Offered Fall only.
