NURS 440 - Leadership in Nursing


This course is designed to prepare the future baccalaureate nurse leader to assume a leadership role in the design and delivery of interdisciplinary client care within the complexity of the health care system. Students will compare and contrast effective strategies to manage resources, develop healthcare policy, and adhere to regulatory environments in order to foster a culture of quality and safety. Meets General Education Requirements for Collaboration. Typically Offered Fall, Spring and Summer.
