PLSC 301 - Perspective - Developing World


This course involves a comparative approach in order to achieve an understanding and appreciation of the potentials and resources of developing nations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Models of development, the population issue and the status of women will be explored. Their relations with each other, to the United Nations, to non-governmental organizations and to the United States will also be examined. Typically Offered Spring Only
