Adolescence discussed as a stage of development. An examination of the complexities of adolescence including physical, social, cognitive, and moral development. Discussions include historical perspectives, cross cultural comparisons, and deviance. This course meets General Education requirements: Social Awareness, Race/Ethnicity/Gender Issues and Collaboration and Problem Solving. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer.
