SSCI 450 - Intercultural CompetenceCapstone course for the Multicultural Relations in the United States minor. Advanced training in the recognition of cultural patterning of behavior in social and occupational settings. Skills development in interpersonal communication including observation, listening, reflection, interpretation, information-sharing, information-gathering, rapport-building, and intervention techniques.
