ESPN 432 - Teaching Students with Mild Cognitive ImpairmentsThis course will discuss the various methods used in teaching students with mild cognitive impairments. The student will develop a portfolio of a variety of modifications and strategies to be used with the cognitively impaired student. A discussion of curriculum-based assessment tools as well as how they are linked to the student's individual program plan will be included. Students will be required to complete 40 hours in the field working with students with cognitive impairments.
