ESPN 442 - Teaching Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder


Students will gain an understanding and develop skills in modifying curriculum for students with ASD. The curriculum will include working with the child in developing personal adjustment skills and prevocational training. Students will gain skills in interacting with colleagues and assisting in providing a systematic curriculum for students with ASD. Students will be required to complete 40 hours of field work with students with ASD. Typically offered in Fall, Spring and Summer
