ESPN 453 - Assessment, Development & Implementation of Behavior and Classroom Management for Students with Emotional Impairments

This course will provide the students with knowledge and experience in the areas of assessment related to collecting indirect and direct data on academic, social and emotional functioning of students to develop reports and design, manage, and monitor interventions. Students will be involved in researching, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized and classroom management strategies and plans. Students are required to complete 40 hours of field experience with students with emotional impairments. Typically offered in Fall, Spring and Summer
