LEAD 299 - Leadership CapstoneThe Leadership Capstone course offers students an opportunity to generate critical thinking, reflection, and leadership development. The design of the course works to increase the impact and effectiveness of a student's leadership skills by requiring engaged discussions and the practice of personal reflection. Throughout the semester, students will draw upon their experiences to create a definition of leadership- explaining how it has evolved over time. This capstone course requires that students apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills associated with strong leadership into a Leadership Capstone project - showing leadership theory, practice, and application.
