PHAR 800 - Inpatient General Medicine APPE


This course will provide the student with an opportunity to provide patient centered care in an acute/inpatient setting. Skills emphasized will be communication, drug information provision, monitoring of patient outcomes, drug therapy assessment, and patient/health care provider education. Students must successfully pass and complete all required P1-P3 major requirement courses, didactic elective course requirements, co-curricular assignments, and patient care skills passport assessments to enroll in this course. Typically offered: Fall, Spring, Summer
