SURE 372 - Adjustment Computations 1


This is the first of the two sequential courses on adjustment computations. Topics to be covered include: use of vectors, set theory, partial differentiation, conversion of polynomial equations to matrices, matrix differentiation, statistical inference and hypothesis testing, an introduction to differential equations, propagation of random errors, and the relationships between variance covariance, weight and cofactor matrices as applied to least squares adjustment. Typically Offered Spring Only.
