PROJ 320 - Proj Management Fundamentals This course examines the foundations of project management as defined by experts including Eliyahu Goldratt and the Project Management Institute. A review of the project management lifecycle and knowledge areas is conducted using resources such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge, course textbooks, and case studies. The course focuses on applying the techniques and tools of project management to specific deliverables including the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedule, budget, risk management plan, RACI chart and others.
