SCWK 633 - School SCWK Assessment This is one of three required courses for the school social work certificate through the Michigan Department of Education taken in the student’s advanced year of their MSW curriculum. It builds on the skills from SCWK 630 - Advanced Micro Practice . The course is specific to clinical assessment, diagnosis and intervention as a school social worker. The course emphasizes crisis prevention and intervention, the development of positive behavior supports and behavior intervention plans, clinical assessment and evaluation and evidence-based prevention and intervention methods. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer. Level: GR Credit Hours: 3
