Introduction to management decisions in reliance on systems that provide historical and projected data to guide present and future operations. Includes managerial accounting, job-order costing, process costing, cost behavior, cost-volume-profit relationship, variable costing, activity based costing, profit planning, standard costing, flexible budgets, segment reporting, profitability analysis and decentralization, capital budgeting, service department costing, statements of cash flows and financial statement analysis.
