CRIM 112 - Intro to U.S. Legal Systems

This course shall explore the historical development, power/jurisdictions and current issues pertaining to the courts in the United States. Further, this course will analyze the effectiveness of traditional techniques used by the courts, prosecution and defense in the judiciary process at both the state and federal levels.
