EDPE 223 - Advanced Fitness This course focuses on the main components of health-related fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Topics including health-related fitness, nutrition, stress management, injury prevention, and the goal setting process are covered to enhance the students’ awareness, knowledge and ability to make healthy choices.
