ISYS 200 - Database Design-Implementation Introduces database concepts, design methodologies, and implementation procedures. Stresses the importance of sound database design to insure data integrity and flexibility. Common data structures, normalization techniques, integrity constraints, security features, query and report facilities are discussed. One or more popular commercial database management systems will be used to implement the designs. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer Level: UG Credit Hours: 3
