LEAD 240 - Transformational & Exp. Ldrshp

The Transformational & Experiential Leadership course offers students the opportunity to integrate theoretical frameworks of leadership into their own developing and evolving style. Students will analyze the importance of a variety of leadership characteristics in culturally diverse environments and underrepresented groups. This course allows students to study and understand the effectiveness a transformational leader has in an organization through their ability to inspire, motivate, and empower their co-workers or employees. Application will be made to the student’s personal leadership context as well as raising awareness of different leadership paradigms seen in our emerging global and digital society. Typically Offered Fall, Spring, and Summer.
