MATH 110 - Fundamentals of Algebra


An introductory course in algebra covering linear equations, exponents, polynomials, factoring, solving quadratic equations by factoring, rational expressions, solving linear systems of equations, and applications. Integrated into the course at appropriate points are the following topics of arithmetic: prime factoring, GCF, LCD, numerical fractions, and signed number Typically Offered Fall, Spring, Summer
