ACCT 200 - Principles of Accounting This course covers the principles of financial and managerial accounting for non-business students, including the framework that underlies financial and managerial accounting and how accounting information should be used by external as well as internal parties of an organization. Students are taught how to prepare, read, and analyze corporate financial statements. Additionally, students are taught the tools and techniques necessary for managerial planning, control, and decision making. Typically offered Fall, Spring Summer Level: UG Credit Hours: 3
