ARCH 489 - Capstone Research

Preliminary research and development of a proposal for a capstone project. Course includes an introduction to research methods and serves as a preface to the capstone course: ARCH 499 -Architectural Design 4. It explores the attributes of successful research projects from initial planning and design to execution and presentation. These attributes will be applied in the pre-design phase, which includes development of an architectural program and a capstone project plan. Typically offered Fall.
