ARTI 238 - Biometrics


Students will investigate the field of Biometrics in a variety of settings including identification and authentication, performance analysis and biometric sampling. The operation, design, and utilization of biometric measures including physical characteristics such as facial identification and voice will be reviewed in laboratory and applied settings. Legal, security, social and ethical implications will be considered. Typically offered Fall, Spring.
