ECON 460 - Law and Economics


This course will provide students with a set of economic tools that can be used to analyze laws, policies, and legal systems. The application of these tools will be drawn from examples of constitutional, criminal, and civil law. Using economics, students will learn to understand the impact that laws have on decision-making and to predict the social outcomes of various laws and legal structures.
