ECTE 608 - Innovative Strategies

This course will explore the most current innovations designed to increase the rigor and relevance of what students learn in school to more closely align them with the demands of the 21st century economy and workforce while creating stronger linkages between secondary and postsecondary education. Emphasis will be placed on methods to better engage students; how to improve academic and technical achievement; and how to improve the transition of college and career ready from high school to continuing education. Typically offered Fall and Spring.
