ECTE 660 - Quality Management - Education Apply the principles of total quality management and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria relative to (1) the formation of partnerships between education and business that have adopted the criteria; (2) strategic planning approaches for making or guiding decision, priorities, resource allocations, and school-wide management; (3) faculty and staff development strategies and satisfaction; and (4) the definition of student and stakeholder needs and expectations, and student and stakeholder satisfaction.
